Do you handle hosting and domain registration?
Short answer: No.
Long answer: We do not currently host websites or hold domain names ourselves; this must be done independently. We do, however, source the cheapest and most suitable hosting providor and/or domain registrar for you if needed, and we can always assist you through the process of setting up a hosting account.
Your website is still uploaded by us, you just need to hand over a few details about your hosting account.

What is the pricing arrangement?
Short answer: There is a one-off payment for the design and set-up of your website. Please see our pricing page for possible prices.
Long answer: A fixed price is agreed before work on the website begins, which covers the design and publishing of your website. Advice on hosting arrangments and other technical advice is all included. Payment can be made after the website has been published, though part-payment during the website development may be required for long-term projects.

What support is offered after the website has been designed?
Help on maintaining your website is always available, free of charge, to our customers from our support website and email.
How much control do I have over my website?
Short answer: Full control.
Long answer: Once the website has been uploaded to your hosting server, you have complete control over all the files. Changes to pages can be made by using the Content Managment System, and changes to any of the files are allowed.
